This is my husband's "last meal" as he calls it. It is a favorite at our house and the combo sounds strange but until you try it, it's awesome. A great hearty, comfort food, and some what healthy. I use smoked turkey sausage which has more reduced fat. It is good even without the thyme. I also use Smart Balance instead of butter. I highly recommend it with a side salad (which i will post next).
